Here are some comments from clients endorsing the Cullinan Communications service and product delivery.

I would like to personally thank you for all your hard work and dedication in editing the RTA's 2009-1 0 Annual Report.

It is a challenging task, done within an even more challenging timeframe, and I appreciate the long hours and weekends you put in to ensure all deadlines and legislative requirements were met.

I have also heard good feedback regarding your patience, professionalism and additional value added.

Tracey Arthur.
General Manager Corporate Communication. Roads and Traffic Authority.

... Anne worked quickly, efficiently and with determination in fulfilling her brief as Communications Consultant. This involved working closely with exhibition development and design teams and editorial staff. All benefited from her advice and experience.

Editorial staff maintain contact with Anne on many matters, including eventual evaluation of the effectiveness of our labels.

The museum has no hesitation in recommending Anne Cullinan as perhaps the most talented in her field in Australia today.

Margaret Coaldrake.
Assistant Director, Powerhouse Museum.

Anne Cullinan provided editing and proofing services for the Southern Regional Water Pipeline project. The $700 million drought contingency project is the first of a number of works that must be completed for the Queensland water grid. Anne provided a very high level of professional service for the Environmental Impact Statement, Supplementary Report on the Environmental Impact Statement, Cultural Heritage Management Plans and Strategic Regulatory Submission documents.

Anne's efficient service was instrumental in our meeting government timeframes and project milestones. Further, Anne's inputs ensured that all inter-governmental and public documents contained clear statements and objectives.

The Southern Regional Water Pipeline will have no hesitation in utilising Anne's services for future documents. We would recommend Anne for similar high level documents that require an attention to detail and fast turnaround.

Mark Breitfuss.
Environmental Manager, SRWP Alliance.

Over the last several months I have been working with Anne Cullinan completing a book I had been writing for two years called 'Animal Healing with Australian Bush Flower Essences'- What Anne did was to guide me into pulling all this material into a cohesive whole. Her positive criticism, suggestions and encouragement were immeasurably helpful. Her enthusiasm for the project was contagious and very energising.

Anne is an excellent proof reader and picked up minor errors and typos which I didn't even notice and helped with consistent formatting. She also knows how to present the work to the printer/publisher and where to find a professional indexer etc.

I found that Anne worked quickly and efficiently and kept me in touch with what was going on at all times. I recommend her for this type of work.

Anne has made an invaluable contribution to many aspects of the Australian Cancer Trials Online website (ACT Online). ACT Online is a collaborative effort between the University of Sydney, the Australian New Zealand Clinical Trials Registry, Cancer Australia and Cancer Voices NSW to provide Australia's first comprehensive consumer friendly cancer clinical trials website.

Anne quickly understood the content requirements for the website. Her contribution included editing detailed information about cancer clinical trial participation, writing new information for the website and identifying additional website requirements (including developing a comprehensive glossary).

Anne has an ongoing role writing lay summaries of newly registered cancer clinical trials. This requires medical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex, technical information about cancer trials in a clear and succinct way that will be helpful to consumers. This is not an easy task and Anne has accomplished it well to produce accurate and accessible information about each clinical trial.

ACT Online has been greatly enhanced by Anne's efficient and professional service.

Project Coordinator, Australian Cancer Trials Online.

Ms. Cullinan of Cullinan Communications Pty Ltd was engaged by me to provide freelance technical writing services to support the development of a suite of Corporate Governance and Behavioural Policies for the Australian Red Cross Blood Service {ARCBS}. These policies covered the areas of :

•   Expenditure control
•   Approval levels and Internal control
•   Procurement
•   Fixed asset control
•   Accounts Payable and Receivable
•   Taxation
•   Revenue
•   Treasury control
•   Finance related Procedure documents

Anne ensured that the structure of the final documents complied to the requirements of the Australian Government's Style Guidelines and were written in a form to enable usage by a broad, multi level employee structure as well as provide reference points for both internal and external Audit in conducting independent reviews of the business.

Ms Cullinan's level of professionalism and diligent approach to the development of these documents developed from business generated draft's, ensured that the Policies and Procedures were completed in a timely manner. All documents prepared were approved by the very demanding Finance and Audit Committee and ARCBS Board members without any amendment to form.

I have no hesitation in recommending Anne for any assignment / position to which she may apply.
